What is BallJet?

BallJet is a ball sort puzzle game with magnetic attraction mechanics. Sort colored balls into tubes by tapping to pick up and place balls. When you place a ball, adjacent tubes with matching top colors have their balls pulled automatically — creating chain reactions that are both helpful and dangerous.

Is BallJet free to play?

Yes. BallJet is completely free to download and play. All 100 levels are available at no cost. Optional cosmetics (ball styles, tube shapes) can be purchased with in-game coins earned through gameplay.

Does BallJet work offline?

Yes. All 100 levels work perfectly without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed for the weekly leaderboard, multiplayer, and syncing progress across devices.

How does magnetic attraction work?

When you place a ball on a tube, the game checks all adjacent tubes. If an adjacent tube's top ball matches the color you just placed, it gets pulled to your tube automatically. This is one round only — attracted balls do not trigger further attractions. Barriers can block attraction between specific tube pairs.

How does the star rating work?

Each level has an optimal move count determined by the solver. Your star rating is based on how close you get:

• 3 stars - Solved in optimal moves or fewer
• 2 stars - Solved in up to 1.5x optimal moves
• 1 star - Solved (any number of moves)

What are the 8 difficulty mechanics?

BallJet introduces mechanics gradually across 100 levels:

• Frozen balls (Level 21+) - Cannot move until thawed by adjacent matching color
• Barriers (Level 31+) - Block attraction between specific tube pairs
• Mystery balls (Level 41+) - Color hidden until they become the top ball
• Reduced capacity (Level 51+) - Some tubes hold fewer than 4 balls
• Attraction limit (Level 61+) - Max 1 attraction per move
• One-way tubes (Level 65+) - Can only receive or only send
• Wild balls (Level 81+) - Match any color, adopt color when attracted
• Locked tubes (Level 91+) - Sealed until adjacent tube is fully sorted

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

If BallJet is crashing or not loading properly, try these steps:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it
2. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
3. Restart your device
4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app

How is my data used?

We take your privacy seriously. BallJet stores your gameplay progress locally on your device. Only your display name and weekly best score are shared for the leaderboard. We do not sell your data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
